Old School by Gordon Korman Is a favorite author of mine. He write poinant stories with great humor. This is one of those stories. A boy who is like a little old man because of the company he keeps must go to a public school for the first time. He's a fish out of water and deals with bullies and culture shock. It's a great book. He makes friends and everyone basically has golden opportunities. It's a great read and worth putting on middle school shelves. Super cute.
