One Was Lost by Natalie D. Richards

One Was Lost is a great suspenceful story that is fine for high school library. It's a good read and a good audiobook. The students wake up and realized that they have been drugged, their cell phones have been broken and their teacher is in a coma. More events put them in dangerous trouble. They have no idea who is stalking them and tormenting them. A good read.

She's Gone by David Bell

She's Gone is a thriller and murder mystery. I listened to this story and it's fine for high school libraries. Is the boyfriend guilty or set up? Who can he trust? Can we trust him? Read and fine out. It's a good read.

Five Survived by Holly Jackson

Five Survived is a very suspensefull story. The audiobook is also a great listen. Secrets inside of secrets drives this story as the RV is driven accidentally in to a random road. But it's all a set up. Who set it up? Why? How do teens react when they are trapped with a dangerous sniper keeps controlling their fate. A good read and perfect for high school libraries. Enjoy.

Anna Dressed In Blood by Kendare Blake

I'm getting this one for my high school library.  Its a good thriller.  Think Ghosts  Busters at a teen level.  Match that with male version of Buffy the Vampire Killer (only this would be ghosts) I see this as a popular book.  Audio book also good.  Enjoy

A great murder mystery story.  Lots of secrets in this town.  What happened to the missing girl.
Lots of surprises.  It's a good read.  I am going to get for the library.

Copycat by Hannah Jayne

This is a thriller, and reminds me of the Scream movie series. It's a good murder mystery thriller and I would add this to the library.  Enjoy.

Monday’s Not Coming by Tiffany D. Jackson

It's a mystery, best friends and then one disappears. Stories are told, lies are told and there's a cover up.  Claudia is a determined girl.  There is some bullying going on and some family dysfunction.  It's a good read.  Listen to Tiffany D. Jackson explain how this story came to be.  Also listen to some go go music from Washington D.C.

Aftermath by Kelly Armstrong

I liked the story but it's more of a "Gaslight" kind of story.  There's a thriller/mystery.  It's good.  I'm glad it's at the Public Library.  I don't know if I would put it in a high school library just because of the shooting.  I want to be sensitive to tragedies of high school shootings.  Over all it's a good mystery.

Heartless by Marissa Meyer

I

Here's the back story of Wonderland and the Queen of Hearts.  There is some violence just to give you a heads up.  It's part romance, part Martha Stewart and all fantasy.  Fine for personal and public libraries.  Enjoy.

Lady Helen: The Dark Days Club by Alison Goodman

I did like this story.  Pure fantasy and entertaining.  Perfect for public and personal libraries.  Would I get for my high school library?  No.  I don't think it would appeal to a broad student population.  It's good but I think for a niche population. Think Jane Austin meets Scooby Do meets Superman.
