Death of a Smuggler by M.C. Beaton I like this series a lot. Since the orginial author has passed, the new author has done a great job picking up the life of Hamish MacBeth. The characters are always interesting and the audiobook is great to listen to with the different accents. Enjoy.

Midnight at the Christmas Bookshop is a story with heart and soul. Carmen and all the other cast of characters are solid and a strong community. Jenny Colgan stories are addicting because they are so charming. Right up there with Bridget Jones Diary. Enjoy.

The Ghost Cat by Alex Howard

The Ghost Cat is a brilliant story that follows a cat after he passes on. He has an attatchment to the little girl who rescued him and watches her as a ghost over years when he returns in different periods of time. And he also gets to see his home changes over time. A good read and travel through history.
