The Lost Dreamer is a world that seems to take place in an Aztec or Mayan or PreColumbian kind of world. I listened to the audiobook and while the reader did a great job, I still felt lost listening to the book. It didn't wow me very much. A lot of magic/mystic type of situations that were a bit over the top. It's fine for school libraries, it just wasn't apealing to me personally.
