Wow, this is a great story. A real page turner. Nora is lost in the desert and has all sorts of challenges and injuries. She goes in search of her father. Hoping he is alive but fearing the worst. The flash flood separates them and also takes away many of their supplies. A good read. Add this to your middle school library.
