First: This is a very good book. Second it's filled with all kinds of harsh raw situations: Family dysfunction, racism, drugs, abuse, mental health/trying to survive and a ghost. I think I would want one copy in my library and personally connect the book with the students who are serious readers and would appreciate it for it is.
