S. D. Smith has created a world of animals who replace people to create a fantasy world much like Red Wall Abby. If I could have a dinner party of authors, I would invite S. D. Smith and the late Brian Jaques author of the Red Wall Abby series. Enjoy it's a good read and fine for any elementary or middle school library. The audio book also very good.
