This is fine for any elementary school library. A orphan girl who lives with her not so nice aunt and uncle gets to live in a magical hotel. There is an evil entity trying to come back from the dead and has minions do their bidding and the orphan girl has to stop the dangerous entity. Hmmmm sounds familiar to a different orphan story but in a magical school. Still book is fine.
