The Dark Descent of Elizabeth Frankenstein by Kiersten white
This is the retelling of Mary Shelly's Frankenstein. This retelling is dark and told in the perspective of a young girl who grows up with Victor Frankenstein. She must be charming and make herself valuable to the family so she can stay. She must survive in any way she can. All the while, facing all that she loves is taken away from her one way or another. Victor Frankenstein is a young boy who is deeply fascinated with the death. How far will Victor go to achieve his desire? Watch these two grow up and navigate through darkness to become dangerous young adults.
