Oh boy. Such a powerful read. I wouldn't put in a high school library because of some the scenes and content. But it is a good read and stays with you for days later. So much guilt and sadness. The author captures the story vividly. It reminds me of real life when years ago a famous case of kidnapping and then the child appeared years later up in Atwater. Powerful read.
