As a teacher-librarian, I have the opportunity to read young adult books to share with my students. The list that I have provided will have an overview of the book and personal comments. They are on a Book-mercial style image to get a taste of the essence of the book.

How to Hang a Witch: Haunting the Deep by Adriana Mather
This story works. What's interesting is that the story really comes from the author's family story. She actually had a relative that survived the Titanic sinking. With family stories and journals and letters, she creates a fictional account that is part historic and part fantasy. Enjoy. I'll get for my high school library.
