I like this series. Tamora Pierce has lots of series and some interlock. This does follow a different thread of stories. I love that we can watch this young girl become a young woman and she is a strong character of integrity. She is an excellent role model. I look forward to watching her grow up in the next two series. It has humor, magic and adventure. Perfect for any young girl to enjoy reading. Fine for any library. Happy readings.
