The Dead Girls of Hysteria Hall by Katie Alender
It's good, and here's the spoiler, Delia dies early on in the story and the rest of the story is her as a ghost dealing with her own death and learning about the ghostly ways and meeting the other ghosts. I did enjoy it. It was an okay story. Enjoy.
