This is not an easy story to read. It is well written. It is also painful to read. I must say it is also an important story to read. About the life of being physically abused and how it can easily switch to becoming the abuser. This story goes deep. You travel into the emotions of being bottled up. The lies to hide the disfunction. And even when you do escape, you never really do. This is a must for any library.
