Everything We Never Had by Randy Ribay I grew up close to Watsonville and learned a few things about the history of Watsonville. It's a good story, very touching. Add this one to your high school library.

Now That I've Found You by Kristina Forest There is a cute boy in this story. He's a muscian and also helps take care of a grandmother. He helps Evie get overherself and helps her look for her grandmother, who has left a note to explain that she'll be out for a while. Evie grows from a girl who is hurt and betrayed by her friend to girl who grows and matures. It's good for high school. Enjoy.

Death of a Smuggler by M.C. Beaton I like this series a lot. Since the orginial author has passed, the new author has done a great job picking up the life of Hamish MacBeth. The characters are always interesting and the audiobook is great to listen to with the different accents. Enjoy.
