Vera Wong #2 Vera Wong's Guide to Snooping [On a Dead Man] by Jesse Q. Sutanto

Vera Wong's Guide to Snooping [On a Dead Man] by Jesse Q. Sutanto I love Vera. She's a woman running a tea shop. She's lonely and brings people together. Everyone she brings, she feeds them and gains their secrets. She is a great snoop. Enjoy! I'm looking forward to book 3. I hope there is one published soon.

Aisle Nine by Ian X. Cho

Aisle Nine by Ian X. Cho I'm not wild about this book. Lots of F*bombs. THe plot line is not mainstream. I would pass on this one for my library, except it is one of 2026 Battle of the Books in my area.

Shattered Realms #1 Flamecaster by Cinda Williams Chima

Flamecaster by Cinda Williams Chima This is a good read for YA adventure. Heros facing impossible odds. This has all the elements for a great story telling tale. Perfect for high school libraries. Enjoy.

Weirdo by Tony Weaver Jr. , Jess Wibowo (illustrator) , Cin Wibowo (illustrator)

Weirdo by Tony Weaver Jr. is a good read. A heads up there is mentioned of suicide. It's contemplative and off page. He sees a psychologist and goes to a school that he makes real friend. A good book to add to any middle school.

Displacement by Kiku Hughes

Displacement by Kiku Hughes is a great book. Also literally compares to events happening now politically. So a little bit political but not really but in a good way. Some MAGAS problaby won't like it. I love it. It is an important read. Add this to your school library. It is important because of what happened during WWII when the Japanese descent were put in horrible internment camps. Add this to your library. Seriously. It's good.
