As a teacher-librarian, I have the opportunity to read young adult books to share with my students. The list that I have provided will have an overview of the book and personal comments. They are on a Book-mercial style image to get a taste of the essence of the book.

All the Tides of Fate by Adalyn Grace
It's alright story. I think it wouldn't be a good fit for my school library. But great for public libraries.
A Good Girl’s Guide to Murder Good Girl, Bad Blood by Holly Jackson
I liked this book. A smart and good read. I am looking forward to adding this one to my high school library.

Rescue by Jennifer A. Nielsen
Jennifer Nielsen has crafted a story set in World War II and the dangers of being a spy against the Nazi's in France. A good adventure story and fine for elementary and middle school libraries.

Black Girl Unlimited by Echo Brown
Wow this is a story. A young girl growing up with her younger brothers in a climate in which drugs are part of her parents life. Echo also connects with spiritual magical world that other strong women do as well. It's a difficult story to read but an important one. I don't think that I would put this one in a school library but for sure please put in a public library.

Orphan Monster Spy Devil Darling Spy by Matt Killeen
An intense spy story. Layers of conflict with this young woman at the age of 16 posing as a younger girl trying to find information and stop an evil scientist who abuses test subjects who are forced into horrible deaths. It's an thriller! A good read to add to the library.
