Conversion by Katherine Howe

Paralleling time frames, the Salem Witch Trials and contemporary times, two groups of girls separated by 200 years yet still suffering from a psychological affliction.  There is also an affair between a young handsome teacher and a student.  Just to be aware.  I thought the beginning was rather slow and I kept waiting for the story to kick in.  It took a while.  Would I buy for the library?  I think I would skip.
