This author has been a great author but she has just brought her game to a whole new level. I liked what I read. It made me uncomfortable in a good way. I was in the desert with Wren. I was with her when she carved a up her grandmother's piano. I was with her when she had to fight of coyotes alone in the desert. I was with her when she stole her first item at a drug store. And I was with Wren as she faced the greatest challenge of her life. It's a good read. Read it. Alcohol, drugs, stealing, vandalizing, lies and deceit and then there is redemption. I'm getting this for my high school library.
