The story continues in this Native American dystopian series.  A serious good read.  Both books fine for high school libraries.  The first peoples are hunted for their marrow as the cure for a disease that has hit people and spreading.  The twist is it is brother against brother in this story as family is reunited by accident.

The Marrow Thieves by Cherie Dimaline

A good action read written by a talented author for all of us to read.  Learn a bit more about first nation peoples in the futuristic and super scary book.  A story in which a disease takes over people and the government does some very bad things.  Worse, regular citizen behaving badly.  A story about survival. An intense read.
